The United States of America has a lot more to its food than pizza, burgers and fries. With a rich history of many colonial influences, including French, German, Dutch, Chinese, Irish and English, the food is born of many origins. Some purely original American dishes such as Hush Puppies (deep fried balls of dough) and Sloppy Joes (savoury mince in a bun) are not included here, but you’ll love these iconic recipes from the Home of the Brave and Land of the Free. We have listed capsicum (Australian) rather than bell pepper (American) as an ingredient – same vegetable, different name.

Spice Kit Contains:

  • Gumbo File Powder
